Refund and Cancellation

At Orgyaan, we aim to keep our customers happy and satisfied with our products. Hence, we have created a set of refund and cancellation policies so that you don’t end up discontented with our services. The objective behind this is the occurrence of unfortunate events that might result in returning or cancelling an order or even refunding it.

Refunding an Order

Once you purchase a product at Orgyaan and receive the same in good condition, it will not be refundable.

However, in cases like manufacturing defect, damaged or shipping wrong product from our end, you can call us at +91 9717975721 or email us with your order no. and product details at [email protected]

It is to be noted that we would refund the money only if we are responsible for the reason of return. To be specific, if the customer causes any damage to the product, we will not be answerable for refunding.

Cancelling an Order

Once we receive the payment from your side, we will send the order to you on your specified address as soon as possible. Since we work with top courier service providers, we do not delay in our shipment service.

However, if you want to cancel your order after making the payment, then you need to call us at +91 9717975721 or email us at [email protected] within 2 working days from the date of payment made.

Report within 48 hours for a Wrong Product

A maximum of 48 hours will be given to report in case one receives a wrong or inappropriate product. However, if one fails to inform within this time period, it would lead to cancellation of the request order.

We Replace Wrong Products

If any inappropriate or wrong product has been delivered, the customer can always send a request for returning a product through an email or call.

We Take Cancellation Orders Post Shipping

If a customer makes payment while the order already gets shipped from our side, he/she can still request for cancellation. In this case, the customer has to first receive the product from the courier.

Our representative will then reach the customer for returning the product. Once done, the customer has to pay the courier charges and the rest of the amount will be refunded to his/her account.
